Zone 4 Fort Worth and beyond (Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield) is $300. Rush same-day delivery adds $100; after-hours adds $75. West of Fort Worth or outside DFW is quoted case by case. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Geared Like A Machine LLC as additionally insured is required for any rental where total replacement value exceeds $5,000. For smaller rentals, a credit card hold is sufficient. Our Protection Plans can cap your damage liability at 10% of replacement value.

Damage is billed at the actual repair cost (or replacement value, whichever is less). Loss or theft is billed at current market replacement value.
